Violin and vocals — “Kimberly Rae”
The aching heart of the band’s sound. Her classically trained violin weeps and soars between the verses, and her voice carries the quiet weight of songs lived, not just learned.

Guitar and vocals
Neil Holub — guitarist, vocalist, and songwriter — anchors the Crawdad lineup. He writes with the band in his recording studio, drawing his idealism with raw emotion and pulling from the life struggles of the common man — pure outlaw country: the raw, hard-living sound of artists who refused Nashville’s polish, written and sung on their own terms.
Violin and vocals — “Kimberly Rae”
Kimberly Fournier — violinist and vocalist — is the aching heart of the band’s sound. Her classically trained violin weeps and soars between the verses, and her voice carries the quiet weight of songs lived, not just learned — tender one moment, fierce the next. Billed as ‘Kimberly Rae,’ the Northern Michigan University graduate (Class of 1996) pours unguarded feeling into every note, turning each performance into something you feel in your chest.
Drums, guitar, and vocals
Colin St.Amour — drums, guitar, vocals. Whatever the song asks for, Colin answers — a Kingsford, Michigan multi-instrumentalist who slides behind the kit, picks up a guitar, or steps to the mic as the moment demands. The quiet engine room of the Crawdad lineup, he plays with the steady heart of someone who’d rather lift the band than steal the spotlight.
Multi-instrumentalist
Alex Hamilton doesn’t just play music — he lives inside it. A Upper Midwest multi-instrumentalist, songwriter, producer, and sound and recording engineer, he moves between guitar, bass, drums, keyboards, and the console with the same restless curiosity, chasing the feeling inside every song across hard rock, prog, country, acoustic, and electronic music. His work — with Failure to Phoenix, Batt Rastard, Remedy, Abalone, Darn Sad Crawdad, Temporal Wake, his solo records, and his Monkey Business Photography — centers on emotion, psychology, identity, and lived human experience. Endorsed by Soultone Cymbals, Scorpion Percussion, and Ghost Fire Audio USA.
